Watch Channel 22 during election season for speeches from the candidates, selected debates and information forums.  Channel  22 showcases municipally sponsored events from parades to musical performances that serve to celebrate our city.  Channel 22 also offers profiles of city services, and discussion of safety issues, as well as servicing the communications needs of various city departments.

Government Access on Channel  22 is produced by staff or elected officials of the City of Manchester.  Channel 22 invites Manchester citizens to view the workings of their government through public meetings such as Board of Mayor & Aldermen, Aldermanic Committees, Zoning and Planning Boards and Commissions.
